This underground longhole production drill rig is a professional boom-type hydraulic rock drilling equipment, specially engineered for medium and deep hole drilling operations in underground mines and tunnels. It is widely applied in non-coal underground mining for parallel and fan-shaped hole construction, and also meets the operational requirements of anchor cable hole drilling, with a maximum single drilling depth of 20 meters.

 

Driven by full hydraulic power, the drill rig is adaptable to hole diameters ranging from 64mm to 76mm. It supports multiple drill rod specifications including 915mm, 1220mm, and 1830mm, equipped with a dedicated rod carousel for efficient rod management. The whole machine adopts a full-power walking system, matched with an articulated chassis and four-wheel drive structure, boasting a 14° climbing capacity to realize flexible transfer between various tunnels.

 

Designed for tunnels with cross-sections of 3.5×3.5m to 5×5m, it features a high-performance hydraulic rock drill and boom-mounted drilling unit, enabling 180° boom rotation and pitching for quick and precise positioning. The equipment is certified with FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) and ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structure) standards, paired with SAHR (Spring Applied Hydraulic Release) braking systems and emergency stop buttons, providing comprehensive safety protection for operators.

 

It is equipped with automatic anti-jamming and dual damping systems to effectively extend the service life of drilling tools. The compact and reasonable structural design allows all daily maintenance to be completed on the ground, saving time and labor costs. The integrated display screen realizes real-time status monitoring and self-diagnostic functions, making it a high-efficiency, safe and easy-to-maintain core equipment for modern underground mining.
