The HFDL2-HS mining hydraulic drilling jumbo (also known as longhole drilling rig or mining drill rig) is a specialized deep-hole drilling rig with a compact body and large rod storage capacity, designed for 3.2-4m tunnels. It not only moves and turns flexibly in narrow tunnels but also solves the problem that small and medium-sized tunnels cannot fully automate rod loading and unloading due to space constraints. With 27+1 large drill rods, it enables fully mechanized automatic rod handling even in small tunnels.

 

For deep-hole drilling operations in underground mines, it can drill vertical, fan-shaped, and parallel deep holes. Driven by full hydraulic power, it can use 915mm or 1220mm drill rods as required, drilling holes with a diameter of 64-89mm and a single drilling depth of over 30 meters. The large front fork-type drill boom bracket ensures precise positioning and stable support of the feed beam, guaranteeing high-quality drilling. It features a diesel-powered 4WD tire chassis, a climbing capacity of 14°, and an electro-proportional load-sensing hydraulic system with full electric control and mobile remote control.

 

The rig is equipped with FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) and ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structure) for reliable operator protection, as well as SAHR (Spring Applied Hydraulic Release) braking systems and emergency stop buttons for a rapid response to safety hazards. An optional digital display mobile operation trolley is available, with an integrated screen that shows the drilling angle in real time to ensure accurate hole positioning, enabling continuous multi-shift operations and making it an intelligent choice for modern underground mining.
