This underground cable bolting rig is a specialized equipment for cable bolt installation and grouting support, designed to reinforce and stabilize large rock masses in underground mining. It integrates anchoring and grouting functions, equipped with a basket platform, working arm, chassis, lower platform, cab, grouting system, cable bolting system, electrical system, hydraulic system, water system, air system, automatic lubrication system and other components. It is used with steel strands of φ15.2mm and cement mortar to complete cable bolt support work.

 

The rig features a new-generation cable bolting head, enabling integrated operations of automatic cable feeding, bending and cutting, which significantly reduces manual intervention and improves efficiency and accuracy. The cable roll can store up to 775m of 15.2mm diameter cable, and the basket-type working platform provides a convenient and safe space for cable bolting operations.

 

Equipped with a high-power hydraulic plunger pump and upgraded grouting system, it achieves a grouting speed of up to 0.45 m³/h. It also features automatic grouting, hose feeding and hose retracting functions, with a cement silo and dry cement capacity of 210L, which enhances grouting efficiency and construction quality. A screw-type air compressor ensures sufficient air pressure, reliable ground support and long-term stability.

 

Designed for tunnels with cross-sections ranging from 3.5×3.5m to 7×7m, the rig adopts a fully enclosed wet axle design for enhanced safety and efficient braking. Its 89kW diesel engine, articulated chassis and four-wheel drive ensure excellent maneuverability, superior traction and stability in rugged underground conditions. Certified with FOPS and ROPS, paired with SAHR braking systems and a reversing alarm system, it ensures operator safety during tramming and maneuvering.
