The HF-DS4 mining hydraulic rock bolt drilling rig is a specialized rock bolt support equipment, equipped with an independently positioned rock bolt arm and a wire mesh gripping arm, designed specifically for rock bolt support operations in medium and large-scale mines. Depending on construction requirements, users can select different functional drill bits, including those for split-set rock bolts, resin rock bolts, and grouted rock bolts. The equipment features two hydraulic rock drills on the rock bolt arm, one for drilling and the other for inserting the rock bolt. It also includes a rock bolt magazine for automated drilling and rock bolt insertion. When using resin rock bolt drill bits, a resin delivery system is included; when using cement grouting rock bolt drill bits, a cement grout mixing and delivery system is provided, enabling integrated grout preparation and injection.
