This automated deep-hole hydraulic drilling jumbo is specially designed for large-scale underground caving mining operations, with efficiency, intelligence and safety as its core advantages. It is a key equipment for modern mines to achieve high-efficiency, low-cost and intelligent operations, significantly improving blasting effects and resource recovery rates in non-coal underground mines.
With a maximum drilling depth exceeding 54 meters and a hole diameter range of 90-115mm, it is equipped with a high-power 33KW rock drill, enabling rapid deep-hole drilling to meet the mining requirements of natural caving and sublevel caving. The equipment adopts a dual-power system: an electric motor pump set (75+37KW) provides power for drilling operations, while a 119KW high-performance diesel engine supplies power for traveling, parking braking and other auxiliary actions, ensuring flexible adaptation to different underground working conditions.
Equipped with an automatic rod changing system, it reduces manual operation risks and improves drilling accuracy. The modular design of the structure makes key components easy to maintain, minimizing equipment downtime. The comprehensive safety protection system includes roll-over protection frames, emergency braking and automatic fire extinguishing systems, strictly complying with underground safety standards to ensure the utmost safety of operators.
Designed for tunnels with cross-sections ranging from 4x4m to 5.6x5.6m, this drilling jumbo features multi-connected hydraulic control and four-wheel drive, enabling stable and efficient operation in complex underground environments.
