This underground mining hydraulic drilling jumbo is a professional boom-type drilling equipment driven by full hydraulic pressure, specially developed for medium and deep hole operations in underground mines. It adopts an articulated chassis and four-wheel drive system, powered by a diesel engine, with a climbing capacity of 14°, which can flexibly adapt to complex working conditions underground.

 

Equipped with a dedicated deep-hole drilling arm system, the equipment ensures precise positioning and stable support of the feed beam. It is capable of drilling vertical, inclined and fan-shaped blast holes with a diameter of 64-89mm and a single drilling depth of more than 30 meters, fully meeting the operational needs of pillarless sublevel caving and cutting in mines. The optional rod library function enables automatic rod loading and unloading, which significantly improves operational efficiency and safety performance.

 

Designed for tunnels with cross-sections ranging from 2.8×2.8m to 4.3×4.3m, the drilling jumbo features a compact and reasonable structural design. It is equipped with FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) and ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structure) certified canopy, SAHR (Spring Applied Hydraulic Release) braking system and emergency stop buttons, providing all-round protection for operators. The full hydraulic power steering system reduces the operator's workload and realizes agile maneuvering even in harsh underground environments.

 

With automatic anti-jamming and anti-blank firing functions, the equipment effectively extends the service life of drilling tools. The centralized lubrication system simplifies maintenance procedures, reduces labor costs and minimizes maintenance risks. All maintenance work can be completed on the ground, which saves time and labor and makes it an intelligent and reliable choice for modern underground mining operations.
