This full-hydraulic rock bolting rig is a new compact model engineered with a low-profile chassis, featuring a long boom design for multi-roadway applications and wide operational coverage. It is ideal for underground mines and small-to-medium engineering projects, supporting flexible configuration of resin or cable bolt drill heads (or dual heads) to meet diverse on-site construction needs.

 

Equipped with two hydraulic rock drills-one for drilling and one for bolting-the rig supports rock bolts and combined bolts in custom specifications ranging from 1.5m to 2.5m in length. Optional bolt rod handling and mesh installation mechanisms enable mechanized completion of net hanging, drilling, resin injection (optional) and bolting operations, perfectly matching all common types of rock bolts on the market.

 

The rig integrates an intelligent resin conveying system and advanced human-machine control, allowing operators to focus on rock support safety. Its modular drill head design ensures simple structure and high bolting efficiency. Automated installation processes guarantee efficient, stable and durable rock support, effectively improving the safety of mine production.

 

Powered by a diesel engine for mobility and electricity for operation, it is equipped with a cable reel for rapid equipment transfer. The retractable long boom covers a maximum range of 5.6m×5.1m with a 14° (25%) climbing capacity. Certified with FOPS and ROPS, paired with SAHR braking systems and emergency stop buttons, it ensures operator safety. The central articulated structure and four-wheel drive deliver excellent passability and steering precision in narrow drifts, making it a reliable choice for underground rock support operations.
